The healthy approach to weight loss involves daily workouts, adequate diet and proper sleep. There is no role of over enthusiastic dieting and crash exercise. Mother Nature has so created our body that it can not withstand fast transformations.
Suppose, you are living a really sedentary lifestyle and someday you are requested to run 100 meters sprint. You will injure yourself, if you do not break any leg bones. You will be demoralized and it will put your level of fitness further back.
Dieting also demands slow and steady reduction in the amount you eat. The diet you consume calories will supply the required energy when you are doing any exercise schedule. If you starve, your performance in the work out program will also suffer.
Lifestyle modification
Simple modifications in your lifestyle will make a huge difference. Just follow these simple steps –
If you have a pet, take him outside for regular walking.
Add 30 minutes extra to your domestic work like gardening, dusting, cleaning etc.
Engage in any hobby that demands outdoor activity like hiking.
If travelling for a short distance like to the shop for a paper, use your feet.
If you can park your car at a distance from your destination. Take a quick walk from there.
Avoid sending e-mails to office colleagues. Go and personally meet him with a smile. Your PR (Personal Relations) will go up.

Simple ways to lose fat
Life can be hectic and trying to watch what you eat all the time as well as squeze in regular exercise is hard work, probably the main reason most people fail on their healthier lifestyle and fat loss plans is because they put themselves on strict rabbit food diets and try to do loads of exercise from day One. Trying to lose fat this way means they burn themselves out and go back to their old ways, probably putting on more fat than they had before.
Its best to keep your fatloss plans simple to start with and build up from there, do something you enjoy to burn off the fat. Maybe take up a new hobby like swimming, golf or squash. Do more walking, walk or cycle to work, take the stairs instead of the lift, take your kids to the park more often, walk to the shops, these are all simple things you can do to burn more fat. The start of your fatloss plan is when you will lose the most weight and see the most improvement. Seeing this improvement will give you the motivation to step your exercise up a gear maybe doing some running, circuit training or you may find it usefull to buy an exercise video have a look at a good Exercise video database.
Simple diet changes that can help you lose fat.

Various types of diets
If we are talking about diets and proper nutrition we should not forget that this question is a burning issue nowadays and a considerable number of people all over the world are looking forward to the ideal recipe of healthy life which means the best diet for keeping fit and staying healthy.
According to the famous Russian magazine “Zdorovie” there are at least two types of diets: medical diets - those prescribed by doctors for people with various diseases, like stomach ulcez, gastritis or allergies and healthy diets that are quite different in nature and more customized as anyone of us has his/her personal secret of successful nutrition. For some people visiting restaurants, cafes, takeways as well as vitamin stores and drugstores for particular chemicals and nutrition supplements is the only right way of keeping fit (we do not mention here visiting gyms and doing special exercises). For other people intaking regular meals following further check-ups with a nutrition practitioner and visiting a diagnostic and imaging center is enough to feel healthy.
To our mind all the diets should be customized even the medical ones. The important thing about diets should be kept in mind: “Noli nocere!”

Tips and ideas to help you not just lose your belly, big backside or flabby arms but actually keep the fat off longterm things you can start doing today not much commitment required
Tips that will speed up your metabolism, having a faster metabolism means your body will burn calories and fat more effectively.
Eat Breakfast
Eat Breakfast – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Loads of people miss breakfast thinking it’ll help them lose weight but it won’t, eating breakfast speeds up your metabolism and stops you feeling hungry around mid afternoon when your at work and more likely to eat crisps and chocolate.
Eat a little but often
Eat more often, eating 6 small meals a day is much better than eating 3 big ones because it speeds up your metabolism, it will also stop you stretching your belly out putting strain on the abdominal muscles when you pig out on 2 or 3 big meals. This means your stomach will appear flatter almost straight away.
Do some aerobic exercise
Do some cardiovascular exercise, cardiovascular exercise helps burn calories, increase your metabolism, build and tone muscle, raise your body temperature (which means you don’t feel hungry for a while after) and it gets you away from the dough nuts.
Aerobic exercise doesn’t mean you have to run marathons or go to those classes where the instructor wheres a funny microphone. You could start of by walking a bit more often walking to the shops or to work once you begin to get fitter you might want to try circuit training, circuit training is a great way to lose fat, improve your cardiovascular fitness (that means you’ll have a healthier heart) and tone up your flabby body.
Do some Anaerobic exercise
Anaerobic means weight training, circuit training, swimming really hard for short bursts not just men but women too. Building some muscle will improve the appearance of your body, you’ll look firmer and more attractive it will also speed up your metabolism.

Different types of diet regime for fat loss
Heres 4 Different types of popular diet with the least effective first
Starvation diet
Involves not eating anything
Will not eating anything make you lose fat?
Not eating any food at all is not a good way to lose fat because of the below reasons.
-
You’ll become ill your hair and teeth will fall out, no one will find you attractive.
-
You’ll lose muscle, muscle burns calories even when not working so the less muscle you have the the less energy your body will use and when you do start eating again the more fat your body will store.
-
When you start eating again your body will hoard fat thinking you’ve moved to Ephiopia or somewhere they have famines.
-
If you don’t eat you will die.
Low Carb Diet
Will not eating carbohydrate make you lose fat?
Not eating carbohydrate will make you lose loads of fat because your body will start burning the fat stored on your body as fuel. But a lot of people don’t like it for the reasons below.
-
It will make you feel irritable at first.
-
Its a boring diet.
-
Its not very healthy because you just be eating meat mainly and you wont get any vitamins or minerals.
-
Because of the above reasons you won’t be able to stick at it very long.
Low Calorie Diet
Will eating less calories make you lose fat?
Eating less calories will make you lose fat and you’ll also be able to eat a more varied and less boring diet, but you could also lose muscle meaning you’ll put fat back on more easily when you stop dieting.
Whats The best type of Diet
The best type of diet is one that involves eating less calories and more protein, eating high protein low calorie diets has been proven to reduce loss of muscle. So if you stop dieting you won’t gain the fat back as quickly.
Its better to exercise regularly, eat less high energy food and more protein if you want to keep your fat off for the long term though.

Calories in Alcohol
As its Saturday and you might be going down the Pub I thought I’d try and find you some low fat beer, well low calorie beer anyway its the alcohol in beer which your body treats similarly to carbohydrate that makes you fat theres probably a lot of carbohydrate also mostly derived from sugar (thats how they make alcohol).
Alcohol also reduces your bodies ability to burn fat, alcohol makes you want kebabs and alcohol will also decrease your testosterone levels. Testosterone is quite an important ingredient in muscle growth, its why woman don’t get big from lifting weights unless they supplement their diets.
But your still gonna go down the pub so hears the calories for you starting with the lowest first.
Gin 25ml = 40% Alcohol 55 Calories
Vodka 25ml = Same as gin
Champagne 1 Glass 240ml = 18% Alcohol 180 Calories
Guinness 1 Pint = 4.? Alcohol 170 Calories
Beer 1 Pint = About the same as guinness but theres more nutrients in guinness so drink that instead.
I’m off to the pub now more alcohol calories next week.
