Motivation to exercise
Getting Motivated
Heres my first post on my new blog, I was going to call it why should I exercise but you already know why don’t you.
You should exercise because

It might make you live a longer happier life.
-
It’ll give you more energy, honest.
-
Exercise might make your more attractive to whoever you want to attract.
-
It’ll make you sleep better.
And theres loads more too, its not hard to know the benefits regular exercise will have on your life what is hard is finding the motivation to do it.
Heres some tips to help you keep motivated.

Find someone to train with. - having a training partner means you are more likely to go to the gym when your meant to, it probably also means you’ll push yourself harder giving you better results when you do train.

Set realistic goals. - Don’t set yourself a silly objective like I’m gonna win the London Marathon when you way 30 Stone and can’t walk up the stairs without stopping for a break.

Take it slow to start start with – its better to exercise 2 times a week for a year than every day for 2 weeks, if you haven’t done any exercise for a long time start of by walking for 45 Minutes Two times a week and then build up from there.

Work out your reasons for wanting to get fit – is it because you want to be able to play football with your kids, look better or is it because your partner says they’ll leave if you don’t. If your partner does say this let them leave and the get fit and more attractive so you can get a better one.
