Getting to sleep late at night and waking up early in the morning is very tedious. It makes us irritable and we will feel sleepy during the whole day. How to get rid of it and get a descent night’s sleep? Let us discuss.
Got to sleep early: we all must have read the nursery rhyme “Early to bed and early to rise, makes you healthy and wise”. All you need to get is 6-8 hours of sound sleep. If you retire early and wake up early next morning, you won’t feel tired.
Exercise: evening exercise will make you exhausted after a long day’s work. So, sleep is easy to come by and you will have a sound sleep.
