Eat Breakfast

Eat Breakfast – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Loads of people miss breakfast thinking it’ll help them lose weight but it won’t, eating breakfast speeds up your metabolism and stops you feeling hungry around mid afternoon when your at work and more likely to eat crisps and chocolate.

Eat a little but often

Eat more often, eating 6 small meals a day is much better than eating 3 big ones because it speeds up your metabolism, it will also stop you stretching your belly out putting strain on the abdominal muscles when you pig out on 2 or 3 big meals. This means your stomach will appear flatter almost straight away.

Do some aerobic exercise

Do some cardiovascular exercise, cardiovascular exercise helps burn calories, increase your metabolism, build and tone muscle, raise your body temperature (which means you don’t feel hungry for a while after) and it gets you away from the dough nuts.

Aerobic exercise doesn’t mean you have to run marathons or go to those classes where the instructor wheres a funny microphone. You could start of by walking a bit more often walking to the shops or to work once you begin to get fitter you might want to try circuit training, circuit training is a great way to lose fat, improve your cardiovascular fitness (that means you’ll have a healthier heart) and tone up your flabby body.

Do some Anaerobic exercise

Anaerobic means weight training, circuit training, swimming really hard for short bursts not just men but women too. Building some muscle will improve the appearance of your body, you’ll look firmer and more attractive it will also speed up your metabolism.
