Various types of diets
If we are talking about diets and proper nutrition we should not forget that this question is a burning issue nowadays and a considerable number of people all over the world are looking forward to the ideal recipe of healthy life which means the best diet for keeping fit and staying healthy.
According to the famous Russian magazine “Zdorovie” there are at least two types of diets: medical diets - those prescribed by doctors for people with various diseases, like stomach ulcez, gastritis or allergies and healthy diets that are quite different in nature and more customized as anyone of us has his/her personal secret of successful nutrition. For some people visiting restaurants, cafes, takeways as well as vitamin stores and drugstores for particular chemicals and nutrition supplements is the only right way of keeping fit (we do not mention here visiting gyms and doing special exercises). For other people intaking regular meals following further check-ups with a nutrition practitioner and visiting a diagnostic and imaging center is enough to feel healthy.
To our mind all the diets should be customized even the medical ones. The important thing about diets should be kept in mind: “Noli nocere!”
