Whats this blog about?

I used to be quite fit, I used to go to the gym about 6 times a week play squash, tennis and go swimming then I got married I had to work more, do DIY around the house and look after my daughter so my time to exercise was reduced. I got big and fat (as my wife taught my daughter to call me, lovely women my wife) then last September I had enough of the abuse left my wife and moved back in with my Grandparents.

I was bored because I didn’t have a computer anymore :( and my grandparents like to watch old peoples TV so I started circuit training in the garden at home I lost a lot of weight and improved my body shape, my friends go down the gym so I started going with them and really started to get back into the fitness thing again.

The problem was my grandparents like to watch a lot of old peoples TV so I started reading I don’t like fiction very much and nothing really interested my other than the nutrition fitness thing so that was what I read about, then I started looking on the internet for more info and there wasn’t much so heres my blog.

I am not a doctor of sports medicine or fitness instructor but what I write on this blog will be well researched and I guarantee putting into practice what you read on it will improve your health, make you slimmer and give your more muscle.
